Rohit Awasthi

I am Rohit Awasthi, a B.Tech graduate from NIT Calicut (2003) and PG in Sports Psychology.

​After working with startups for 20 years as an entrepreneur in different roles, I currently work with high agency, talented and curious students to help them develop Life Skills and Values. ​

People in startups work like elite athletes and that is my thesis behind using principles of Sports Psychology with this youth energy. I believe in today's age technical skills are not enough. They may open doors but to sustain and build on to that success, a wholesome and holistic development of personality is essential.​

I have been an entrepreneur at heart, a communicator by practice with high growth startups and at-scale companies in areas of brand building, data driven communications, content marketing, online communities, social media, web analytics, product ideation and development. ​

Now - Psychology, Human Potential and Performance are my playground and practice.
